• Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
• Items must be in 100% resalable condition
• Exchanges can only be made for an alternative size for the same style and color
• Return time frame starts from original ship date
• No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items
• Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations
• Prepaid label is only offered to United States and Canada returns. This offer excludes orders being shipped from certain US territories, Yukon territory, orders shipped to Canada from www.Spyder.com and international orders.
